• All sales are final on digital products. No exceptions.
• If you require assistance with your download, please contact the distributor via the help link at the bottom of your redemption email.

Paperbacks and other physical items

• Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at the buyer's discretion within thirty days of receipt. Contact raisa@raisagreywood.com to arrange your return.
